Short Answer: We don't always know!

Your best bet is to visit the product page here on our website, find the "Email Me When Available" form on the right side of the page, and enter your email into the box. This will make it so that you receive an email at the exact moment that your item is restocked to our online store.

(Note: If you saw an item at a convention, it is not automatically "in stock" on our online store. We're a small company, and sometimes have to take our online stock offline temporarily to go to Conventions around the world!)

Some of our items are printed and held at a separte warehouse than everything else - these items have shipping figured and charged on a separate line. Don't fret, it's the same cost you'd pay anyway - it just has to be calculated and displayed separately. 

Most items we plan to continue stocking are usually kept on our website at all times. If you can't find it, it is likely that the design has been retired or is going to be offline for an extended period of time. 

Our original manufacturer shut down during the pandemic and when things started opening up again, he decided it was time to retire.

So we had to get a new manufacturer for all our croconanas. This includes the Colossalnana. We have to make a LOT more this time around, though, so he will be coming back as part of our next Kickstarter later this year.

Most conventions have a program of some sort that tells you what vendors are at the con and where they are located. If not, you can always check out Social Media as we try to post our booth number there whenever possible. 
The short answer is "no". All sales are considered final at this time. If you have an issue you believe warrants a return, you can contact us via the support portal on this page.

We are not currently seeking active sponsorship recipients. 

If what you are asking for is free stuff in return for wearing it, the answer is likely "no". If you like our products, please support us and buy them.

This can vary depending on the time of the year. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, however in our busy months (you can look at our convention schedule here) it can take up to a week or two for us to get it out the door. 

We try to ship three times a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) when we are not traveling for conventions. When we have been traveling it may delay things by a few days.

Once you receive tracking for your order, most orders are delivered (in the US) within 1-4 business days. International orders can take upwards of 3-6 weeks depending on customs in your country. 
The shipping cost you pay at checkout only covers shipping. Any charges incurred at customs control are the responsibility of the buyer, not Sorbet Jungle. If you have further questions, please contact us using the form on this page.

• Spot-Clean

You can keep your new pet looking it’s best with a little bit of color-safe, oxygen based stain remover and warm water. Apply it to the stain, wait about ten minutes, then blot it with a paper towel until any stains or marks are gone.Another method is to use a gentle, liquid detergent and water.

• Washing Machine  

Because of the fabric & stuffing, your new plush can be washed in a washing machine. You should wash only on the delicate cycle and tumble-dry low. If you let it air dry, the stuffing may not fully dry on its own and could lead to fabric problems or stuffing mold.

SPECIAL NOTE

Because of the fabric & stuffing, some plush can be put into a washing machine, but cannot be put in a dryer (Koigi, Solram, any plush with fake fur or fabric that is not the standard minky fabric of most of our plush). If they've gotten particularly dirty, a delicate cycle is about all we would recommend.

Washing

• Turn printed shirts inside-out before washing. This will prevent other garments from rubbing against the print and the dreaded “pilling” of T-shirt fabric.

• Separate similar colors, weight, and textures. Avoid overfilling the washer or adding heavy materials such as jeans and towels, which can aggravate the fabric.

• Use mild detergent with cold water on a gentle cycle. Warm water, harsh detergents, and aggressive wash cycles are the number one things that damage tees.

Drying

• The BEST way to preserve your shirts is to hang them dry on a hanger. This is the best way to avoid shrinkage and damage.

If you're use a dryer, though? We recommend the following steps.

• Turn printed shirts inside-out before drying. This will prevent other garments from rubbing against the print, as well as the dreaded “pilling” of T-shirt fabric.

• Separate out similar weights and textures. Avoid overfilling the dryer or adding heavy materials such as jeans and towels, which can aggravate the fabric.

• Use the lowest possible heat setting or Permanent Press.  Heat damages and shrinks fabric and prints, including polyester. Try to remove the tees early before the cycle ends.

The short answer is "no", most sales are considered final. If you have a strong belief that you should be able to return something because of a situation out of your control, please fill out the support form at the bottom of the page and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Yes! 

You have 14 days from the date your package arrives to you (according to your tracking number) to try your garments on and decide if they fit correctly, If within that time frame you realize you need a different size, fill out the form at the bottom of this page and we'll take care of you. 

If you're within a few days or your packages arrival date and you find it to be damaged or under the suffering of a manufacturer's defect, fill out the support form at the bottom of this page and we will do our best to take care of you.

Note: We are not responsible for additional shipping costs incurred during returns or exchanges, but we do not charge an extra fee for your replacement's shipment.

If your item is damaged upon arrival, we'll happily swap it out for a new one within a few days of you receiving it. Otherwise, while our items are designed to be used, used items typically do wear out over time and need to be replaced.
