Shipping Procedures

We ship within the United States via USPS, either First Class/Ground Advantage or Priority, depending on the product. We do provide tracking information with your purchase. We are a small three person team, so we process shipments on Mon-Wed-Fri. There are some rare occasions where all three of us are on site at conventions, and that may cause a few days delay in shipping times. Even at this delay, all packages will go out within 7-10 days of your order.

For International shipping, we offer both UPS and USPS. Sometimes these shipping services require additional duty fees that we cannot always anticipate when we calculate shipping, and these fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Some carriers hand over the delivery of international packages to DHL or your local carrier. This is not something we have any say over, and we don’t know when your postal carrier makes this changeover- though your tracking information will still apply.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost, please let us know as soon as possible. We will file a lost package claim with the shipping company on your behalf, but this can take time. If the package is truly lost and cannot be recovered by the carrier, we will re-ship your merchandise. If an instance happens where you decide to cancel the lost package, or it cannot be shipped to you, we unfortunately cannot refund shipping fees as they have already been applied.

If a package has been marked as delivered and it has not, then please contact your local USPS office and report it misdelivered. You can call 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) or visit/call your local post office and have a search request submitted.

Return Policy

We appreciate your recent purchase from Sorbet Jungle! We sincerely hope you're enjoying your new goodies! But, we understand that sometimes things don't go according to plan, and we're here to help. Though as a small business we cannot accept returns of unwanted merchandise once it has been shipped, we do offer an exchange policy for defective products. In addition, if there is some extenuating circumstance, we can evaluate them on a case by case basis, so please don’t hesitate to reach out and see if there is anything we can do.

Exchange Window: 30 Days

Please let us know within 30 days of delivery if there is any issue with your purchase. If you find that the item is defective or has a manufacturing issue, please reach out to us via email to let us know. We try to make sure every purchase is shipped out in perfect condition, but we understand sometimes things can happen.

Should you encounter a defective item, we will gladly assist you in exchanging the product for a replacement. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to ensure that you receive a product in mint condition.

Simple Exchange Process

Requesting an exchange for a defective product is a straightforward process. Just reach out to us via email at Kindly provide your order number, a brief description of the problem, and include a couple of photos to illustrate the issue.

We will provide you with a return label to send back your items. We ask that you ship the item back within 7-10 days from receipt of the return label. Once we receive your item, we will process and send the replacement within 7-10 business days at no additional cost to you.

Convention Returns

If you pick up an item at a convention and need to exchange it for any reason while there, please bring it back to the booth and let us take care of the issue for you. If you need to make an exchange via our policy above after the convention is over, please reach out via email.
